REFUND POLICY

Cancellation and Return:

  • You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without providing a reason.
  • You have an additional 30 days to return the product after cancellation.
  • The full order amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded. Return shipping costs from your home to the web shop are your responsibility.
  • Contact support@paqtiv.com to initiate the return process.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must not have been used, washed, or worn.
  • If the product or packaging is damaged, the value of the product may be reduced.

Initiating the Refund Process:

  • Send an email to support@paqtiv.com with the reason for return, a tracking code, and the order or invoice number.
  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer after the reason for return is accepted.

  • Defects after Use: Contact us for production defects; wear parts are excluded.

Receiving the Wrong Product:

  • Contact customer service at support@paqtiv.com if you receive the wrong product. We will send the correct product free of charge.

  • Incorrect Delivery Address: If you provided an incorrect delivery address, inform us at support@paqtiv.com. We'll try to amend your order.
  • Product Exchange: For exchanges, contact us at support@paqtiv.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
